With a strategic vision to expand and diversify our service portfolio, A.R.C. is actively pursuing opportunities both within the United Kingdom and internationally. Central to this initiative is the establishment of the A.R.C. Accredited Training Centre, designed to deliver internationally recognised Highfield and RoSPA qualifications. The Centre will offer a comprehensive suite of fully accredited security, medical, and driving courses tailored to meet the evolving needs of security professionals.
As a certified Highfield and RoSPA Training Centre, A.R.C. will further strengthen its commitment to continuous professional development and the advancement of industry standards. In alignment with our dedication to quality and excellence, we are also progressing towards achieving ISO 9001:2015 accreditation by June 2026.

Kris Stammers
Founder and Director
Kris Stammers
Kris spent eleven years in the Army with multiple global deployments in a variety of hostile conflicts. On leaving the military, Kris embarked on a career in close protection working for blue-chip companies within the EMEA, in a series of commercial and government contracts, each presenting unique challenges and risks. Other career highlights include three years in the Metropolitan Police and Site Security Operations Manager for the UK’s Central Bank at one of its most prestigious operational sites: Furthermore, assuming the role of Health Security Safety Environment and Risk (HSSE&R) Manager. His extensive knowledge in relation to public and private security lends itself to excellent strategic, tactical, and operational planning, both in leading operational teams and crisis management.
Kate Waldie

Kate Waldie
In 2008, Kate received her first degree in Psychology and Criminology before joining the Metropolitan Police in 2009, where she spent the next sixteen years, seven of which were spent in the investigation, monitoring, and risk-mitigation of Registered Sex Offenders. Her role there included multi-agency planning, forensic triage, and risk assessments of approximately fifty offenders.
During her career, she received three commendations for her integrity, tenacity, and teamwork. Her career thus far has provided her with meticulous investigatory skills, that is often in extremely emotive and stressful circumstances, as well as the highest standards of professionalism and resilience.

Andy Waldie

Andy Waldie
Andy is the founder of Integriguard Consulting LTD, specialising in investigations, intelligence, and integrity-led risk management. As a retired Detective Chief Superintendent, Andy has decades of experience leading complex investigations and safeguarding initiatives in high-risk environments. During his career, Andy held head of department roles in crime and public protection, professional standards and anti-corruption, serious and organised crime, and was the regional head of Counter Terrorism. These roles have shaped Andy’s strategic oversight, operational leadership, and expertise in covert tactics, risk management, and anti-corruption measures.
Strategic and Social Partnerships
Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy is expanding in line with our goals to make positive contributions to society and the environment. We have made several charitable donations nationwide, including to Hemmingwell Community and Skills Centre in Northampton, and the Old Brentwood Rugby Club in Essex. Our next project is with Spadework in Kent, a charity that provides a range of wellbeing and training services to vulnerable members of their local community. We will also be pledging our support for the Armed Forces Covenant by employing military service leavers where practicable.
